We are looking for a dedicated rental agent for our apartment hotel!

Start date: 2026-07-01.

Are you service-oriented, structured, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks?

We are now seeking a rental agent who will be responsible for managing our apartment hotel, booking cleaning services, and providing rental and service support for Erasmus students.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the rental and administration of the apartment hotel.
• Handle rentals and communication with Erasmus students.
• Coordinate and book cleaning services.
• Be the contact person for guests and students during their stay.
• Manage on-call duties outside regular working hours as needed.
• Manage social media & create content.
• Marketing.
• Find future partners.
• Show apartments.
• Invoicing and notifications.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (a requirement).
• Experience in rental, customer service, or similar is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible and willing to work on-call outside regular working hours.
