Recruiter at Combitech in Växjö

We are looking for a recruiter for our office in Växjö for a one-year temporary position. Your role as a recruiter

In the role of recruiter, you will support Combitech's managers in the recruitment process, both operationally and strategically. The candidate experience is very important to us, and you play a central role in ensuring a professional, qualitative, and positive experience throughout the process.

The work is varied and involves significant responsibility for independently driving recruitment processes forward - from needs analysis and advertising to interviews, selection, psychological tests, and security interviews.

You will work closely with managers and colleagues in recruitment but are also expected to see what needs to be done, take your own initiatives, and stay one step ahead in your work. An important part of the role is to work creatively and proactively with search, networking, and new ways to reach relevant candidates.

As a recruiter, you will be part of Combitech's national recruitment team. The team works closely together despite geographical dispersion and has a continuous exchange of experiences regarding methods, quality, and development of the recruitment process. The position is based in Växjö, and you will work from our office there.

Who are you?

We believe you have several years of experience in recruitment and are comfortable managing multiple parallel processes at the same time. You are used to collaborating with various stakeholders and find it easy to build trusting relationships, both internally and externally.

As a person, you are driven, structured, and self-sufficient. You have the ability to independently identify what needs to be done, prioritize correctly, and take initiatives that move the work forward. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the team's collective results.

As Combitech is a consulting company, you also need to be flexible and comfortable adapting when circumstances change.

You have a degree in human resources at the university level. It is advantageous if you have experience with technical profiles and preferably from the recruitment, staffing, or consulting industry. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, at a professional level and have experience working with recruitment tools.

The position is a one-year temporary position with the possibility of extension. Start date is according to agreement.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with background check.
