About the job

We are now looking for someone who wants to work this summer and support our aftermarket team with the administration of quality issues. We sell spare parts globally and work with customers all over the world. When something does not go as planned in a delivery, it is important that we handle the case in a structured, quick, and professional manner.

You will be part of a team that works closely with customer service, order function, and warehouse, focusing on creating order, following up deviations, and contributing to continuous improvements.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • register quality issues in the business system
  • monitor cases and update and communicate with customers together with the order function
  • administer internal communication regarding deviations
  • participate in the daily management of deliveries and returns
  • update and improve article data in SAP
  • register and update customer accesses as needed

With us, you will get a developing summer job with support from experienced colleagues and a good insight into how aftermarket and customer management works in an international business.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time during the summer and who is curious to learn more about quality, customer issues, and administration.

You work in a structured manner and find it easy to create order in information and follow-up. You are communicative, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with multiple functions.

Meritorious for the role is:

  • ongoing studies in, for example, economics, engineering, logistics, or similar
  • previous experience in administrative work or customer service

Requirements for the role are:

  • good communication skills
  • good computer skills
  • good understanding of Swedish and English in speech and writing

The position is full-time during weeks 22–35, exact times according to agreement.
