In this position, you will contact ICA's existing and potentially new customers via outgoing calls. Your task is to provide professional and trustworthy advice, help customers review their insurance coverage, and present solutions that create security based on their needs. The role suits you who are service-oriented, attentive, and solution-oriented - while being driven by achieving results. You are motivated by working towards goals and developing through follow-up, coaching, and the team's collective success.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The position includes an employment rate of 58% and offers a competitive fixed salary combined with commission. Start date is April 20, 2026. The employment begins with a probationary period with good opportunities for permanent employment. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in customer contact and providing top-class service
- Is communicative, attentive, and good at building trust
- Enjoys finding solutions and adapting to the customer's needs
- Is curious and wants to develop in the role of advisor
- Has at least a high school education, speaks and writes fluent Swedish, and has good computer skills

Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, telephony, sales, or retail work.
