We are now looking for a temporary position as an Administrative Officer for our department Hojab at Svea Inkasso! Hojab Parking Service is part of Svea, collaborating with municipal and private parking companies throughout Sweden. We specialize in the follow-up and collection of fines for illegal parking. The position is a temporary role for approximately 1 year.

About the role? In the role of Administrative Officer at Hojab, the work mainly consists of registering fines and handling disputes via mail, email, and phone. You will work together with a team of about 8 officers managing all cases from private parking companies as well as municipalities where the land is privately owned. The position also includes some customer contact via email and phone, as well as researching addresses, handling incorrect responses from the Swedish Transport Agency, retrieving ownership details, and sending reminders and collection requests. The team has a rotating schedule and alternates between different tasks daily. This is a full-time position based either in Åseda or at our headquarters in Solna.
