RESPONSIBILITIES
As a recruiter in the Staffing Unit, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process of temporary staff for elderly care. You are the spider in the web and ensure that the right person is hired for the right operation based on needs and requirements. This means you will have a lot of contact with coordinators, administrators, and unit managers. You also support care for individuals with disabilities.
You will make selections for recruitment in Visma Recruit, where you will collaborate closely with the administrators in the Staffing Unit who review all applications and make a preliminary selection. You will schedule and conduct interviews. Furthermore, you are responsible for providing information to new temporary staff and assisting with inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with at least a three-year upper secondary school diploma, preferably with an administrative or economic focus, or post-secondary education that we deem suitable. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with staffing and/or recruitment.
You are confident in your role and have a good ability to collaborate and communicate with those you work with. Your contribution is valuable in achieving common goals. You are someone who takes responsibility and acts independently when needed. You identify problems and propose solutions.
