JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a managerial support at Kommunrehab, you are a central resource for our managers and employees. You provide administrative support in finance, professional development, IT, and permissions, as well as coordinating practical issues regarding transport and properties. The role is broad and varied, focusing on service and structure.

• Financial Administration: approve and code invoices, orders, manage phone bills.
• Professional Development: plan introductions and administer training.
• Internships/VFU: introduction, permissions, and management of VFU apartments.
• IT and Permissions: order system permissions, administer connections and phones.
• Managerial Support: administer surveys, registrations, gather quotes, support in meetings, training, and introductions.
• Transport: responsible for Kommunrehab's transport and support in procurement.
• Real Estate Company: contact, report issues, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• At least a 3-year high school education with an administrative or economic focus.
• Experience in administrative work.
• Very good knowledge of Office 365 and digital tools.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and drive tasks to completion.
• High service mindset, good collaboration skills, and a communicative working style.

Meritorious:

• Experience from public sector work.

We work during the day with flexibility as needed, and we are based in new and modern premises at Mejselgatan 4 in Växjö.
