Your Role

Do you want a job where you actually make a difference? The Swedish Armed Forces are growing rapidly, and we need to work together to find the best ways to support them in their growth. We are looking for a business developer who wants to be part of that journey and who seeks meaningful work.

As a business developer with us, you will work closely with both the market and our internal product management. Your focus will be on identifying and establishing contacts with new customers, while also nurturing and developing the collaborations we already have. The role also involves actively participating in tender projects and taking responsibility for keeping our business systems updated and relevant.

Since our operations are represented in several locations across the country, we are open to a flexible place of work. You can be based at one of our offices in Växjö, Linköping, Halmstad, Solna, or Östersund. As we work closely with our clients, travel is included in the position, both within Sweden and internationally.

Your Profile

You are confident in yourself and your professional role, which makes it easy for you to communicate with different types of people in a natural way. Even though you have a strong drive, you are fundamentally a team player who understands that we achieve the best results together. To keep track of our processes and business, we also see that you have a structured way of working and enjoy having order and clarity in your daily tasks.

We see that you have:

• Several years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or similar.
• Engineering education or equivalent.
• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of LOU.

We would also like you to have knowledge of the operations of the Swedish Armed Forces, either through a background as an officer or through experience in sales to the authority.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, require specific citizenship.
