JOB DESCRIPTION

The assignment involves providing the municipality's managers with broad and qualified consultative support in various types of HR issues such as labor law, recruitment, rehabilitation, work environment, collaboration issues, wage formation issues, organizational and restructuring issues, union negotiations, etc. The position is part of a team of 8 people within HR; we are unpretentious, we take space and are forward-thinking, we are clear! As an HR Strategist, you will work closely with the municipality's managers and will also have the opportunity to work strategically on a focus area you are passionate about.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have an academic degree from a university or college program focused on HR work or another equivalent education that the employer assesses as comparable. Furthermore, it is desirable that you have experience working in the HR field, including labor law in a politically governed organization or other relevant experience that the employer assesses as applicable.

Experience in administrative work within the public sector, presentations for political committees, use of generative AI, and development work within HR as well as competency supply is meritorious.

You communicate clearly and effectively and express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. You have a structured yet pragmatic working style characterized by professionalism within Human Resources.

A B driver's license is a requirement, and we expect you to be a proficient IT user.

It is desirable if you are familiar with various personnel systems such as WinLas, Visma, and Adato.

Experience in HR work is desirable, but if you have recently completed a relevant degree, we who are more experienced will provide you with a very good introduction and understanding of HR work in practice.
