We are now looking for a staffing planner who wants to contribute to structure, continuity, and a good work environment – while also supporting the reception when needed and taking a central role in coordinating our upcoming renovation.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Main task: Staffing planning
As a staffing planner, you are a central function in our organization. You are responsible for creating stability and conditions for a good patient flow by:
- Planning and coordinating schedules for doctors, nurses, and other staff.
- Managing absences, short-term staffing, and planning conditions.
- Administering permissions and managing system support related to staffing.
- Being a close administrative support to the managers in daily work.
Relocation coordinator during renovation
In the coming years, our health center will be renovated, and you will play an important role in keeping the practical parts together. You will:
- Coordinate relocation activities and practical changes in our premises.
- Coordinate between operations, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to ensuring that the transitions occur smoothly and with minimal impact on patient flow.
Reception work (minor part of the position)
Even though the role is primarily administrative, you may support the reception when needed. This means that you:
- Provide a warm, professional reception to our patients.
- Assist with simple patient administration and inquiries.
- Contribute to a safe and well-organized reception.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant education or experience in administrative work, planning, or coordination.
- Is structured, service-oriented, and enjoys having many contacts.
- Has an easy time building good relationships and maintaining a stable work pace.
- Has good IT skills and preferably experience with scheduling or administrative systems.
- Experience with Cambio Cosmic.
Meritorious:
- Experience in staffing planning or personnel administration.
- Experience in coordination during renovations or similar projects.
- Experience from reception or healthcare administration.
- Multilingualism, especially in English.
