Financial Manager Needed for Consulting Assignment in Växjö

Jefferson Wells is currently seeking a Financial Manager for a long-term consulting assignment in Växjö. This is an opportunity for you who want to work closely with operations, combining operational responsibility with strategic analysis. The assignment is for 1 year with a good possibility of extension or transition to the company.

About the Role

As a Financial Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the finance function and become a key person in the continued development of the organization. You will work broadly with accounting, follow-up, and analysis, acting as an important link between finance and operations. You will collaborate closely with managers and colleagues in the organization and have many points of contact both operationally and at the management level.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Responsibility for ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including participation in group accounting
• Analysis and follow-up work related to key figures and goals
• Tax and VAT reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Support managers and the organization with financial insights
• Initiate and develop routines and processes within the finance area
• Ensure quality and delivery in financial processes

Location: Växjö
Start: Immediately
Assignment Duration: 1 year, with good possibility of extension

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and unpretentious, and who thrives in a role where you can combine operational work with strategic responsibility. You have experience in qualified financial work and are used to working independently with both routines and process development.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in qualified financial work
• Independently prepared financial statements, preferably at the group level
• Experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• High IT maturity and excellent Excel skills as well as analytical tools, such as Power BI
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Solution-oriented, structured, and responsible
