We are now looking for an accounting assistant who will work with customer invoicing and administrative tasks related to the personal assistance business area. This position is based at our assistance office in Växjö.
Your tasks
As an accounting assistant with us, you will work with customer invoicing and follow-up of invoices to municipalities and external parties. Creating and following up bills to the Social Insurance Agency. Contact and investigative work with authorities. Booking of payments. Reminder and collection management. Cost reports to the Social Insurance Agency and municipalities. Registration and payment of expenses to our customers. Reconciliations with operational managers and regional managers, as well as supporting the Business Controller with documentation for monthly reservations and reconciliations. As an accounting assistant, you often work on multiple cases simultaneously. This requires you to be both flexible and meticulous in your work approach and have the ability to manage and prioritize different cases concurrently. You are responsible, unpretentious, and work for the team. You have high social competence and work relationship-building. To thrive in the role, it is beneficial if you are administratively skilled and have good system familiarity.
Desired qualifications
High school diploma in economics
2-3 years of experience in invoicing/accounts receivable work
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Excel
Previous experience with Visma Business and Assistansstöd is an advantage. Additionally, it is beneficial if you have prior experience working in personal assistance.
Start date and duration
Start date by agreement
Full-time
Permanent position with a six-month probationary period
