As a Preparation Technician

you play a key role in our industrialization and production preparation process. You are responsible for creating, quality-assuring, and maintaining preparations in the business system Monitor G5 so that products are correctly structured, calculated, and ready for release to production. The role is central in the interface between technology and production and involves close collaboration with several functions in the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain article structures in Monitor G5 based on article information from ADMIN.
• Ensure correct and logical hanging of article structures in the business system.
• Link drawings, specifications, and instructions to articles and operations.
• Set up operations and determine times per operation.
• Conduct initial calculations on articles and ensure correct cost picture.
• Ensure that no articles have zero price and follow up and correct price deviations.
• Ensure that preparations meet the company's requirements for release to production.
• Work closely with production technology, production, purchasing, quality, and development to ensure complete documentation.
• Participate in improvement work regarding preparation routines, article structure, and working methods in the business system.

You will be employed by W5 Solutions, and the position is full-time based in Älmhult. Start date is according to agreement, but preferably as soon as possible.

Who do we think you are?

To succeed in this role, you have a technical education at the post-secondary level or equivalent work experience in the manufacturing industry. We prefer that you have experience in:

• Preparation, production preparation, or technical administration
• Working in ERP systems, preferably Monitor G5
• Article structures, manufacturing flows, and technical documentation
• Pre-calculations, times, and cost tracking

As a person, you are:

• Meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious
• Analytical with good numerical understanding
• Self-driven and responsible
• Communicative and collaborative
• Solution-oriented with an eye for detail

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement. English is an advantage.
