Property Manager in Växjö

Are you service-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working independently? We are now looking for a property manager in Växjö! You will be the face of the company and have daily contacts and meetings with tenants. Here you will be offered an independent position with a lot of freedom under responsibility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a property manager, you will be responsible for the rental process in a portfolio of approximately 450 apartments in Växjö. The role is broad and includes both administrative and practical tasks. Among other things, you will:

• Schedule, conduct viewings, and manage rentals
• Conduct apartment inspections
• Plan and order renovations and corresponding measures
• Ongoing communication with tenants, both in person and via email
• Key management
• Contract writing
• Contact with suppliers
• Property administration

You are expected to be proactive, sales-oriented, and creative in your role, especially in the rental process. We are a small organization in Växjö, with two to three people working closely together. You will report to the property manager. The position means that you will work independently at our office, located at one of our property portfolios.

• Has good IT skills and is quick to learn new systems
• Masters Swedish and English in both spoken and written form (additional languages are considered a plus)

It is also desirable that you have a basic understanding of rental law and previous experience in similar roles, but we also value your attitude, willingness, and ability to quickly adapt to the work.

WHAT WE OFFER

The position is full-time, permanent with a possible initial probationary period. Location: Växjö. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. Start immediately or as agreed. Individual salary setting. We have a collective agreement.
