About the position

We are looking for someone who thrives in the role of the spider in the web and wants to work with customer contact, order management, and administrative tasks within our customer support. With us, you will have a varied and meaningful everyday life where you contribute to creating value for both our customers and your colleagues.

You are a confident and structured person with a good ability to take initiative when needed. The role requires you to handle several parallel tasks while maintaining a service-oriented focus. An interest in digital development and efficient working methods is also important.

The position starts as an assignment within customer support until the end of the year, with a possible transition to employment. Start as soon as possible.

Your main tasks

In the role, you will work with:

• Customer support via phone and email, where you answer questions and assist our customers
• Receiving and following up on customer orders
• Contact with salespeople, carriers, and other internal functions
• Invoice management
• Administration of orders and documentation in our systems

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are service-minded, appreciate a combination of customer contact and administrative tasks. For the role, it is important that you;

• Have previous experience in similar administrative customer service work
• Are service-minded, structured, meticulous, adaptable, and have an eye for detail
• Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment
• Have very good computer skills and experience working with programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Have experience with CRM systems, preferably Jeeves
• Express yourself fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing
• Have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing

• Can communicate in other Nordic languages
