We are looking for someone who enjoys being the spider in the web and wants to contribute to a smooth daily operation in an organization with clear responsibility and purpose. In this role, you will be an important contact point between different functions, ensuring that information, flows, and routines are interconnected.

You will work closely with daily operations and have a varied role that includes both administrative tasks and service. With a calm and solution-oriented approach, you contribute to order, quality, and continuity.

Examples of tasks:

• Management and registration of incoming and outgoing flows
• Service and support via phone to individuals working on-site
• Compilation of statistics and documentation for follow-up and invoicing
• Reporting of information to relevant external stakeholders
• Participation in the development and improvement of routines and working methods
