Smålandsmunken AB is looking for an engaged and driven HR Manager in Ryd.

Here, you will have the opportunity for a broad and developing role where you are responsible for building and implementing HR processes from the ground up. Together with the COO, you will establish a well-functioning management team for the organization.

You will play a central role in the company's transformation journey, where you will help build a new management group, developing both the organization and corporate culture. There is an opportunity to influence, shape, and create something that lasts over time.

As HR Manager, you will provide support to managers in both operational and strategic matters, combining a present leadership style with structure. You will help shape how HR functions in practice – from developing routines and working methods, creating processes and policies, to supporting managers on labor law, rehabilitation, and work environment issues. An important part of the role is to develop a preventive and long-term approach focused on sustainability, structure, and well-being within the organization.

• Academic degree in HR/Human Resources or equivalent

• Several years of experience in qualified HR work

• Good knowledge of labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation

• Experience supporting managers in personnel matters
