JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a receptionist, you will be the clinic's face to the outside world, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing our patients with a pleasant and professional experience when they call, visit, or otherwise contact our clinic. In addition to interacting with our patients, you will also communicate with other clinics and our Service Center within Folktandvården. As a receptionist, you are also the spider in the web at the clinic; you handle mail, payments, and follow-ups. You will also assist other staff members at the clinic with various administrative tasks.

This position demands high flexibility, responsibility, good teamwork skills, and respect. You need to be clear in your communication, accustomed to planning, and prioritizing what is important in your work.

The clinic, located in pleasant premises on the 9th floor of Växjö Hospital, consists of Orofacial Medicine, maxillofacial and facial radiology, oral surgery, pedodontics, and endodontics.

When you start with us, you will participate in a comprehensive introductory program aimed at all new dental care professionals. This program will help you gain a good insight into the organization, a lot of useful information, and also the chance to get to know and build networks with other newly hired colleagues. Of course, we also provide a good introduction here at the clinic so that you get a good start with us and feel secure in your tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and a couple of years of previous experience in reception work within dental or healthcare. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite and find it exciting to learn new digital tools in your work.

Your personal qualities are naturally important: we are looking for a person who is positive, solution-focused, and has good teamwork skills. To thrive in the role of receptionist, you must also be flexible, efficient, and enjoy a varied workday. Being the clinic's face to the outside world is a very important task, and we are looking for someone who is ready to go the extra mile!
