JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR department works broadly and encompasses several specialist areas such as operational support for managers, strategic HR work, preventive work environment efforts, and payroll management. We are responsible for the entire HR area including labor law, salary, recruitment, rehabilitation, work environment, and competence supply. As an intern with us, you will therefore have a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive view of HR and insight into various operations within the organization.

With us, you will participate in the HR consultant's work, which involves being consultative and providing support in several areas of HR, such as labor law, salary, recruitment, rehabilitation, and work environment. Within the department, several exciting projects are underway concerning processes and work within salary and agreements, health and work environment, as well as competence supply that you will be involved in.

This gives you the opportunity to see how HR works in practice, both strategically and operationally. We strive to ensure that you have an educational and developing internship period where you can be involved, receive guidance, and have the opportunity to grow in your future profession.
