About the job

In the role of summer intern in purchasing, you will work closely with daily operations and support the purchasing function in operational tasks. You will become part of the team and gain insight into how purchasing, inventory, and sales interact.

In this role, you will among other things:

• administer purchase orders and order approvals
• work with delivery monitoring
• coordinate deliveries internally with inventory and sales organization
• update and improve item data in SAP
• support the team in simpler purchasing-related tasks

With us, you will have a developing summer job where you can work independently with support from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time during the summer and is eager to learn more about purchasing and administration. It is an advantage if you are studying a relevant field, but it is not a requirement.

You work in a structured manner and easily adapt to new tasks. You enjoy administrative tasks and have an interest in creating order and structure.

Meritorious for the role:

• ongoing studies in areas such as economics, logistics, or engineering
• previous experience in administrative work or service

Requirements for the role:

• good communication skills
• good computer skills
• good understanding of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
