About the Role

As a technical inside salesperson at ATAB Trappan, you will be part of a tight-knit team where sales and technology go hand in hand. You will work closely with customers, production, and colleagues to develop the best solution – both technically and commercially.

This is a role for you who enjoy thinking, calculating, reasoning, and creating solutions together with the customer.

You will work with:

customer contact and advice regarding custom staircases
technical solutions and quotation work
calculations, measurements, and product adaptations
order management and follow-up
cross-functional internal projects together with design and production
industry-specific design programs

Your Profile

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is not necessarily a “designer on paper” – but who has a technical interest, is driven by making deals, enjoys numbers, and finds it fun to understand how things are built.

You are social and communicative and thrive in a customer-facing role with a lot of responsibility. Our sales are driven by relationship-building, creating trust, and finding the right solutions.

We believe you have:

technical interest and a desire to develop with our product
a good sense for numbers, logic, and problem-solving
experience from industry, technology, construction, or similar (meritorious)
self-driven with the ability to take responsibility and move your cases forward
good data and system skills
fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing (German is a plus)

The most important thing is your personality, that you want to develop, and that you enjoy a role where you work with both people and products.

The position is full-time and working hours are during the day. You will primarily work on-site with us in Agunnaryd – we believe in presence, team spirit, and collaboration – but some flexibility is available once you become self-sufficient.

Start as soon as possible, upon agreement. We are keen to find the right person for the position, so if you have a longer notice period, this is likely not a hindrance.
