A Day as a Store Manager

My name is Ellinor Lindström, and I am the business area manager for our 3Butiker. As your direct manager, I look forward to working with you! A day in a 3Butik is eventful and varied, and I would like to give you an insight into what it can look like.

The day begins with you and the team ensuring that the store is inviting and ready to welcome customers. You set sales targets, plan the day, and keep yourself updated on the latest product launches and promotions. Perhaps you later have a meeting with me to go through results and focus areas or a development conversation with an employee. Soon it will be time to meet the first customer of the day and together with the team create a first-class experience.

More About the Role

As a Store Manager, you are a present and operational leader with full responsibility for both staff and the store's daily operations. You lead by being present in the store, coaching the team in customer interactions, and showing direction by personally meeting and selling to our customers. The role entails a clear mandate and significant personal responsibility, where you create security and presence for both employees and customers, even on weekends. You are part of a strong store cluster with close physical support, which gives you good conditions for success. Compensation is directly linked to both your own sales and the store's performance.
