JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready for a summer that truly matters?

As a medical secretary, you are a key person in the administrative work surrounding the patient. You ensure that care operates smoothly and safely by working closely with both colleagues and healthcare personnel. We are now looking for summer substitutes for our hospital and health center in Ljungby.

The tasks vary depending on the department, but may include writing medical records, telephone service, scheduling appointments, working at the reception, and cash handling. You provide administrative support to colleagues and have contact with both the Social Insurance Agency and the rehabilitation team.

With us, you will have an independent and responsible job where you can develop, make new contacts, and make a difference every day. You will become part of an engaged team and get to know many new colleagues.

The emergency department has both day and evening shifts as well as work on weekdays and weekends. In other departments, you primarily work daytime on weekdays.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has an education or is studying to become a medical secretary/healthcare administrator. You who are a medical student are also warmly welcome to apply. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good IT skills.

Since we work closely together, your ability to collaborate is important, as well as your flexibility and interest in working in a team. You enjoy meeting and communicating with different people in varying situations and are responsible and meticulous in your work.
