As an accounting assistant, you will primarily handle incoming supplier invoices by reviewing, registering, matching, coding, and approving invoices. This also includes incoming and outgoing payments, reporting, and bank and account reconciliations.

The position is combined with a reception role, which includes administrative tasks such as mail handling, switchboard duties, administration of keys and tags, ordering office supplies, etc.

We are four people working with finance, payroll, and HR, and we are a great team that supports each other.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has an education in finance equivalent to a high school diploma or comparable competence.

· Has experience in handling supplier invoices, incoming and outgoing payments, bank reconciliations, and reporting (meritorious).

· Has experience in ongoing accounting and bookkeeping (meritorious).

· Is proficient in the common programs within the Office suite. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in business systems. We use the ERP system Monitor.

Your personal qualities are important! You are positive, meticulous, flexible, and service-oriented. You are someone who takes responsibility for your tasks and prioritizes the right things. You should be able to work independently but also collaborate and be part of a team. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
