Your responsibilities

As an HR student, you will work closely with Nathalie, Elin, and Lisa, supporting them in their recruitment and staffing processes. The role is varied, social, and developmental with many points of contact and daily meetings with people. You will help match the right person with the right assignment and play an important role in the experience for candidates, consultants, and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ongoing contact with our consultants and providing support in their daily work, both remotely and on-site with our partners
• CV selection, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
• Designing and publishing job advertisements
• Schedule planning in our business system
• Candidate search in our recruitment tools
• Other administrative tasks

The position is part-time, and working hours are scheduled during weekdays, including half-days. Work is scheduled weekly, and the workload varies over time, meaning that needs may shift from week to week. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, can step in at short notice, and is available to work during summer and Christmas holidays. Of course, the schedule will be adjusted according to your study schedule.

You will work with a cheerful and dedicated team of six people who are passionate about seeing people and companies in Växjö and surrounding areas grow. Your profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and enjoys a role with a lot of contact with people. You are communicative and have a good sense for conversations, both via phone and in digital and personal meetings. At the same time, you have a genuine interest in HR, recruitment, and working life.

As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and work structured and professionally even when the pace is high. You thrive in a varied everyday life where collaboration combines with personal responsibility and independent work.

To be considered for the position, we see that you:

• Have at least two years left of your studies in the Human Resource Management program
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite
• Hold a B driver's license
