📍Location: Växjö. Travel within our region is a natural part of the job.
Your role
As a regional sales representative for security technical solutions, you will be a key person in developing our customer relationships and business. You will be responsible for a geographical area where you independently drive sales - but always with the support of a strong team behind you. Your everyday work involves:
- Establishing and creating relationships with new customers to expand our customer base.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Working consultatively and advisory to find the best solutions for each customer.
- Collaborating closely with our production operations and our Centers of Excellence to create value throughout the chain.
- Being the face of Securitas Technology and representing our offering in advanced security solutions.

Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in selling technical solutions, who is a relationship builder and passionate about creating customer value in every deal. Perhaps you have a background in service sales focusing on IT/technology, or are you a whiz in security technology? In this role, you will work in Gothenburg and surrounding areas, with both new and existing customers.
Basic requirements
- Experience in value-based sales and new customer sales with good results.
- Background in service sales, preferably technical solutions.
- Good knowledge of contract sales and creating business plans, strategies, and profitability analyses.
- Good knowledge of contract law.
- Driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
