Job Description & Offer

Since its launch in May 2022, Maskinera has shown incredible results and their expansion curve is skyrocketing. Therefore, they are now looking for more Sales Machine Brokers in Kronoberg.

In the role of Machine Broker, you are the spearhead of Maskinera's organization. You will spend most of your days visiting customers as well as working from your home office. With your company car and phone as your primary tools, you will prospect, contact, and visit new and existing customers daily. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish. Building and maintaining your own customer relationships is something you prioritize highly.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and initiate contact with new customers.
  • Drive the sales process forward.
  • Work towards set goals to contribute to increased expansion and customer satisfaction.
  • Create trustworthy and advisory relationships with customers.
  • Maintain your existing customer base and work with upselling.
  • Document and report sales activities.

This is an independent job with support from competent and driven colleagues. You will be the face of the company and hold one of the most important roles in the organization.

Candidate Profile

We believe you have experience in sales, either B2B or B2C, and want to join a company in its “startup” phase. You are results-oriented and love to work under the philosophy of “freedom with responsibility”. Even if you are not currently in sales, you may still fit in at Maskinera; we believe your personality is the most important! Additionally, we value if you:

  • Have a strong drive, willingness, and interest in sales.
  • Are social, outgoing, and have high energy.
  • Are competitive and do not give up easily.
  • Are comfortable making contact both over the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
