VegTech is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented employee for customer service in Vislanda. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service roles, an understanding of sales, and the ability to satisfy customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage customer inquiries
• Create quotes and orders
• Manage customer data in the business system
• Monitor inventory status and deliveries
• Plan deliveries

Attributes and skills we believe you have

We are looking for someone with at least 3–5 years of experience in similar tasks. We want you to communicate clearly in both spoken and written Swedish. You have a knack for planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing accuracy. You are driven and ambitious and put the customer first.

We expect you to be comfortable with the Office suite, have phone and computer skills, and be quick to learn new programs. Experience with the business system Business Central is a plus. About the position

The position is a 100% permanent employment based in Vislanda. Start date is according to agreement. Our operations are seasonal, and tasks vary throughout the year.
