The curator is the link between healthcare and other community actors, where you contribute the psychosocial perspective within psychiatry, alongside medical and psychological expertise. Read more about the role of curator/rehabilitation coordinator.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute knowledge about patients' rights and opportunities for support in the community. We have high ambitions for close collaboration within the reception as well as with our patients, healthcare neighbors, user organizations, and relatives. There is a great opportunity for specialization within the profession.

Main Responsibilities:

• Map the patient's social situation and identify needs for support and interventions 

• Coordinate interventions and collaborate with relevant actors such as healthcare neighbors, social services, the Social Insurance Agency, the Employment Service, etc. 

• Call and lead network meetings/SIP meetings. 

• Support sick-listed patients in the rehabilitation process and return to or entry into working life. 

• Collaborate with actors involved in the rehabilitation process. 

• Provide consultative support on social issues to other professionals within the organization 

WeMind Liljeholmen is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic that treats all types of psychiatric conditions except pure psychotic disorders. We are Sweden's largest psychiatric clinic and offer a wide range of treatments to our patients. You will work under leadership with close clinical anchoring, which enables quick and pragmatic decision-making paths. The DBT team in Liljeholmen has been established for a long time and is well integrated into the clinic's working methods.

The clinic is located in Liljeholmen, about a 5-minute walk from the subway's red line.

• Degree in Social Work

• Experience in a similar role within psychiatry, advantageous

• Knowledge of the TakeCare journal system, advantageous
