About the assignment
We are currently looking for an interim HR consultant/HR strategist for a public client in Södertälje. We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably with experience in occupational health and recruitment.
This is a full-time consulting assignment through us at Bemannia, starting on March 16 and running until August 31, 2026.
Your tasks
As an HR strategist, you will report to the HR Director and collaborate within the HR team towards the common HR goals of the group. The HR strategist is appointed to be responsible for HR issues in one or more of the group’s companies. You will have both strategic and operational responsibility for ensuring that the group’s HR strategies, guidelines, and tools permeate the personnel work of the designated companies. You will participate in business planning and management group work in the respective companies and work consultatively and needs-based with managerial support in all HR matters.
In addition to the broad HR strategist role, you will also have specialist responsibility in one or more HR areas for which you are responsible for ensuring ongoing quality assurance, further development, and implementation of development work. For this role, the specialist responsibility is in Occupational Health and Recruitment.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Managerial support in employer-related issues; labor law legislation, collective agreements and their interpretation, working conditions, coordination of union cooperation and negotiations according to MBL
Support to the companies in annual work planning regarding organizational and social work environment, occupational health, and rehabilitation as well as other HR-related requirements within the work environment legislation. Responsible for maintaining personal competence within the activities of the annual work plan and collaborating with the Occupational Health Coordinator for a joint qualified support to the companies
Quality assurance and approval of managers' personnel administration in connection with employment changes in the master data system. Consideration of the Public Access Principle and responsibility for ongoing monitoring of personal data deletion and storage according to GDPR.
Reporting and analysis of personnel key figures and active action work based on the status together with the companies
Managerial support in employer branding work, recruitment, talent supply, and leadership and employee development
Management of employee surveys and facilitation of results and action planning for increased engagement in the organization
Coordinating the salary review process and being responsible for salary formation and benefit management in the companies you are responsible for
Active participation in LEAN work, digitization, and other continuous improvements of the operations
Work according to HR's processes, routines, and tools
As the project manager for a specialist area, you are expected to work development-oriented in line with the group plan and continuously anchor the expectations and decisions of the assignment via the designated steering group, as well as coordinate the various actions of the assignment with the rest of the HR agenda
Chairing and reporting to the steering group for the development assignments of the specialist areas
Responsible for ensuring that the development work within the specialist area is implemented in the operations through collaboration with others within HR to get it out
Stay informed about developments in the profession through networks and training.
Your qualifications
Academic degree in HR or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in qualified HR work, experience in occupational health and recruitment is an advantage
Proficient system user and sees digitization as a natural part of creating efficient processes
Experience in developing processes and enjoys using statistics and data in decision-making
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
