About the Role

As a temporary consultant, you will work as needed at our clients' locations, primarily in reception at offices, coworking spaces, conferences, and visitor services. In this position, the assignment primarily involves a company located in Lidingö, where you will become an important part of the daily service delivery. For those living in the surrounding area, this is a significant advantage.

You are often the first person that guests, visitors, and employees meet, making you a central part of the overall experience. In addition to this assignment, there is also the opportunity to work with other clients and staff receptions in various environments as needed.

You will be a valued resource in several teams and work environments, where you quickly adapt to new routines, work in a structured manner, and contribute to a smooth daily operation.

A typical workday may consist of staffing the reception, preparing and maintaining meeting and conference rooms, managing bookings, receiving calls and deliveries, and supporting administrative tasks. The working hours for this company are scheduled between 06:00 and 20:00, and the pace may vary depending on the assignment and operations.

Before each assignment, you will receive thorough on-site training and orientation. Our internal team of staffing coordinators and consultant managers is always available for support and guidance.

You enjoy interacting with people and have a warm, professional demeanor, are flexible in both your working methods and availability, are proficient in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and have another primary occupation, such as studies or part-time work.

Above all, you enjoy stepping in where needed, quickly adapting to new contexts, and providing service that creates a positive experience for both guests and clients.
