We are now looking for an experienced and service-oriented Payroll Coordinator and Accounting Assistant for the Nordic team at the fitness company Les Mills.

About the role

In the role of Payroll Coordinator and Accounting Assistant at Les Mills Nordic, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in our payroll and accounting processes in both Sweden and Finland.

Your main tasks include:

  • Being a professional requirement setter and first point of contact with Azets in Sweden and Finland regarding payroll administration

  • Quality assurance of payroll data before payroll runs

  • Driving improvement and change initiatives within payroll and reporting processes

  • Reporting to the Tax Agency and other authorities in Sweden and Finland

  • Payroll accounting for Sweden and Finland

  • Documentation and quality assurance of payroll-related processes

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable

  • Internal and external customer service

  • Support during audits

  • Internal reporting

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience working as a payroll coordinator, payroll specialist, or equivalent, and equally solid experience as an accounting assistant. You have good knowledge of the Office suite, and experience with Azets, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly meritorious. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are structured, organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented. You have a strong service mindset and good communication skills. In this role, it is important that you are comfortable handling confidential information. To thrive in the role and at the office, we believe you are solution-oriented and proactive.
