At Farsta Rehab, over 30 employees work, including two administrators. We are a wonderful group that enjoys sharing knowledge and experience, helping each other when needed, and we have a good sense of humor.

We are now looking for two receptionists/administrators for Farsta Rehab in Farsta Center.

Your main responsibilities will include managing our reception with associated cash functions. Additionally, you will answer phone calls, handle mail, schedule appointments, manage inventory orders/unpacking, maintain materials, and perform other administrative tasks. You will be part of a team of administrators within Rehab Södra and will work alongside another receptionist at Farsta Rehab.

Benefits:

  • We offer flexible working hours, allowing you to manage your work schedule.
  • Wellness during work hours and a generous wellness allowance of 5000 SEK/year.
  • A secure employment through collective agreements and insurance.
  • Individual salary setting.
  • Free healthcare in outpatient care up to the high-cost protection limit.

Personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who wants to be our face to the public and enjoys providing our patients/visitors with the best possible reception and service. You are a confident person who likes to take on new tasks and initiatives. You are flexible, attentive, and have good communication skills. As a person, you are unpretentious and recognize the equal value of all individuals and that all tasks are equally important. We also prefer that you are interested in physical activity.

Employment form

We are looking for a permanent position and a five-month temporary position at 100% with good chances of extension. Start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may apply. The position will be filled on the condition that it is not needed for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:
