Your upcoming role We are now looking for a business developer who can inspire, organize, drive, and support improvement initiatives at all levels within Hagalund's operations. Everything from acting as a coach in improvement work among vehicle operators to securing work processes and driving technical projects at the management level in Hagalund. A significant part of the work will be carried out in close collaboration with SJ's suppliers. We are looking for someone who has the ability to understand the entire operational chain as you will act as a link between the different domains of the business.

You will be part of the Vehicle Division, which is responsible for the lifecycle of the vehicle fleet and ensuring the timely delivery of complete, clean, and safe trains. The Vehicle Division will develop and maintain SJ's fleet, ensure the right vehicle quality, and achieve efficient maintenance production through good planning and balancing of maintenance needs and capacity. All of this in collaboration with maintenance suppliers.

The Hagalund depot is SJ's largest depot with approximately 350 employees and 32,000 departures per year. Many different activities take place at the Hagalund depot, with the responsibility of operationally managing the maintenance of all SJ's vehicles. SJ in Hagalund will soon undergo many exciting operational changes. New maintenance agreements with both new and current workshop suppliers have been signed. New work systems will be introduced, and intensive work is ongoing to develop the work environment and efficiency. In short, the business is undergoing a significant transformation, and that journey has just begun.

Expectations for the candidate To succeed in this role, we see that you have the ability to create and develop good relationships at all levels of the organization. As a business developer at SJ, you will be a strong and persistent driving force to complete projects successfully. You are accustomed to handling complex situations and are proactive, self-driven, and outgoing. Your ability to lead projects towards set goals, your problem-solving skills, and your strong communication abilities are crucial for ensuring successful projects and effective collaboration. These qualities make you an important asset in our efforts to develop and improve our operations.

· Academic education preferably in logistics, planning.

· Preferably more than 2 years of work experience.

· Experience from an industry with an established Lean culture is an advantage.

· Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
