• Contribute to continuous and active non-financial risk management by managing operational, sustainability, strategic, and regulatory risks

• Contribute to relevant governance and internal control structure where you will focus on continuity management

• Support and develop risk and continuity management within Swedish Banking

• Lead testing and training activities within continuity management

• Develop and implement new routines and processes

• Grow within risk management and become the group's expert in additional risk areas

• Grow and have the chance to work for a better everyday life for many of our colleagues in customer-facing units

• Collaborate with many colleagues across large parts of the bank

• Relevant academic education

• Several years of experience working with continuity management/resilience, from a financial institution or from Big 4 consulting firms

• Good knowledge of regulations regarding continuity management in financial institutions

• A strong drive and initiative, be a team player and easy to collaborate with, striving for the team's success as much as your own

• Ability to translate theory into practical management

• High structural and pedagogical ability

• Results-oriented and ability to professionally present results

• A risk-based and solution-oriented mindset

• Good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
