About the Position

In the role of recruiter within blue collar, you work closely with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and staffing process. You are responsible for ensuring the right match in roles where understanding of the work environment, working hours, and practical conditions are essential.

You will have a central and responsible role where you independently drive processes from advertising to hired consultants, with ample opportunity to influence working methods, structure, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and staffing of personnel within industry, production, and logistics
• Dialogue with clients regarding needs, requirements profile, and follow-up
• Advertising, selection, and active search
• Phone assessments and interviews

• Reference checks and candidate presentations

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and/or staffing, preferably within blue collar
• Previous experience in administrative work
• System and data proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

• Background in production, industry, or logistics is a plus
