About the role

In this role, you will coordinate vehicle and engine-related matters from the first customer contact to case closure. You will ensure smooth communication between the customer, workshop, and internal parties, and that cases are handled according to established processes and quality requirements.

We are now looking for two summer interns for our operations. The position is a fixed-term employment starting from May 1 to August 31, 2026. Scania Assistance operates 24/7, and the work is scheduled in 5 shifts.

Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer customer cases within Scania Assistance
  • Direct cases to the right workshop and follow up on actions
  • Issue payment guarantees and keep parties updated
  • Document cases and contribute to improvement work

Who are you?

  • Have a high school education, preferably with a technical focus
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, and English in both spoken and written form
  • Have an understanding of Norwegian and Danish in spoken and written form
  • Have good computer skills
  • Are structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Experience in customer service and/or a technical role is an advantage

Who are we

At the Centre in Södertälje, we are a total of 14 people, of which 11 are service coordinators. We are a positive team with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

Scania Assistance is Scania's global support organization that provides emergency assistance when customers' vehicles or engines encounter unexpected problems. With 17 Assistance Centres worldwide – 9 of which are in Europe – we play a crucial role in keeping Scania's customers rolling. The Assistance Centre in Södertälje supports customers and workshops in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark and is part of Scania Commercial, which has global responsibility for strategy, operations, and development of Scania's sales and service network.
