About the position

We are now looking for an administrator for a government agency with offices in Stockholm. The assignment is placed within internal services and involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external suppliers. You will be an important part of the daily operational work related to the agency's premises and service functions. Some remote work may occur in consultation with the manager. Please note that travel to the agency's other offices in the country may occur.

Your tasks

In the role of administrator, you will work with:

• Operational work related to premises, such as reporting faults and minor renovations
• Orders and contact with landlords and suppliers
• Handling quotes, invoices, and simpler calculations
• Inventory and planning
• Work with physical security
• Supervision of staff within internal services

Your qualities

To succeed in this assignment, we see that you are structured, meticulous, and have a good sense of order. You thrive in an administrative role with many parallel tasks and find it easy to collaborate and communicate with others.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent programs
• At least three (3) years of work experience as an administrator or assistant
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Meritorious:

• Good economic understanding

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months. Immediate start.
