Personal Assistant Needed for 20-Year-Old Living in Sollentuna

We are now looking for personal assistants for a 20-year-old who lives alternately in Solna and Sollentuna. The client is at the beginning of his adult life and needs a reliable person by his side who can provide support in everyday life – both practically and mentally.

As a personal assistant, you will support him in everyday situations and help create structure. The client has ADD, which means he may have difficulty remembering things, planning, and staying organized. Therefore, it is important that you can remind, guide, and help him not to forget what needs to be done. You will simply be an extra security that helps him navigate everyday life and take steps towards increased independence.

The client trains regularly and swims, which means that you as an assistant need to be able to accompany and support him in these situations. Swimming ability is therefore a requirement.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, and clear, with a good ability to support without taking over. You need to be attentive and have a sense of when to be close and when to step back and let the client do things on his own. The role also requires that you are physically strong as transfers are part of the job, and that you are not allergic to fur.

This is a job for you who want to make a real difference and be a long-term support for a young person entering adulthood.

Job Scope:

For this assignment, we are looking for assistants who can work weekdays and weekends, starting in February. The shifts are usually scheduled from 12:00 to 19:00, and there is some flexibility regarding the times. The times may change in the future.
