About the Workplace

Ung fritid currently operates two youth centers, one in central Nynäshamn and one in Ösmo, along with a mobile operation with a trailer, two containers placed at a beach and skate park, and the rental of recreational equipment via an activity bank.

We also work with holiday activities, organize graduation parties for 9th grade, and various festivals such as the Backlurafestival and Feelgood Funky, which is aimed at people with disabilities. We are a certified disability-friendly organization and hold an HBTQI certificate. We participate in various activities around Sweden and also assist other departments and units in different contexts.

School visits are part of the work every week.

What We Are Looking For

• Interest in motors
• Experience working with youth
• Technical knowledge
• Social skills
• Experience working in a network-based manner
• Experience with basic administration

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• Experience as a youth leader or equivalent
• Experience working with youth
• Experience working in a youth center

It Is Meritorious If You Have:

• Youth leader training or equivalent, training in workshop
• Experience working evenings and with youth
