About the position

We are now looking for a reliable and experienced respite caregiver for an assignment of 4 hours every other week. The assignment involves providing a meaningful leisure time for a 6-year-old boy while his parents get a break.

The boy lives alternately with his parents, which means that the shifts are carried out every other week in Sundbyberg and every other week in Årsta-Liljeholmen.

The boy is an active 6-year-old with diagnoses of autism, ADHD, and moderate intellectual disability. He has no verbal speech, which places high demands on the caregiver's ability to read body language and signals.

As the boy may exhibit physically outward behavior when frustrated or overstimulated, you who are applying need to be calm, self-assured, and have previous experience in handling similar challenges in a pedagogical and safe manner.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a reliable and physically active person with good experience of NPF, IF, and outwardly aggressive behavior. You are patient and attentive to non-verbal communication and have the ability to work independently with a strong focus on the boy's safety and well-being.

Start date: Immediate

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To facilitate the process in case of employment, you are required to have a BankID and agree to use it in the position, as well as present a current extract from the police criminal record, which you can quickly order here and bring to the interview. The register you need to order is called "Work with children with disabilities", as we use this for all our employments.

Things to consider before your application: A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you can present valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that confirm your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solitary work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

Many of our clients request a criminal record upon potential employment. You can easily order this with Bank-ID via this link: https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/barn-med-funktionsnedsattning/blanketter---barn-med-funktionsnedsattning/

For those with employment support: Bonzi is an inclusive company. We welcome all applicants, including those who are entitled to some form of employment support through the employment agency. It is voluntary to provide this information in your application, or you can also mention it during a potential interview.
