About You

You are a secure and committed person with the ability to create calm and structure in everyday life. You are a problem solver who enjoys being involved in a person's development – both in terms of training, communication, and motivation.

We Prefer That You Have

• Experience with low-arousal approaches
• Experience working in personal assistance
• No pet allergies
• Non-smoker
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
• We would also appreciate an interest in fashion and makeup

About the Client

The client is a woman in her 25s with a physical disability who needs support in her daily life. As an assistant, you will help her with daily routines, household chores, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, and transfers. You will also accompany her to activities and help create motivation and structure in her daily life.

The work varies in pace, so it is important that you are attentive, proactive, and have a good sense of when to take the lead or adopt a more reserved role. She is very fashion-conscious and enjoys makeup, so it’s a plus if you share this interest.

Working Hours

Day and night shifts with sleeping duty

Also daytime as needed from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with some double assistance)

Scope: Substitutes who can step in during illness and vacation.
