About Us

Aqura Nockeby offers supported housing in a collective form for adults with mental health issues, substance abuse problems, co-occurring disorders, and/or other social difficulties that affect their ability to manage daily life. The operation is located in Nockeby, Bromma.

About the Position

We are looking for a treatment pedagogue for a permanent position at 80%. The working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as overnight shifts with on-call duty every other weekend. Start date according to agreement.

Responsibilities

As a treatment pedagogue, you play a central role in the clients' daily lives and are responsible for implementing measures based on the social services care plan.

The work includes motivational conversations, support in contacts with authorities, social skills training, and practical support in daily life. You will have ongoing collaboration with social services and other stakeholders and are responsible for documentation according to the Social Services Act. The position also includes practical tasks such as cooking, planning, and support, including transportation for activities and meetings.

Qualifications

Requirements: We are looking for someone with at least two years of post-secondary education, such as treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, social worker, or behavioral scientist. You have at least two years of experience in social work, good knowledge of the Social Services Act, and a valid driver's license (B).

Meritorious: Experience working with substance abuse issues, mental health, and/or co-occurring disorders. Knowledge of methods such as MI (Motivational Interviewing) or Relapse Prevention is also an advantage.

You are a secure and stable person with a good ability to create trusting relationships and recognize each person's strengths. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and are comfortable making independent decisions.

Additional Information

If you proceed to an interview, we will request your degree certificate and a police record extract. References will also be obtained before employment. The position begins with a six-month probationary period. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
