About the Organization

Aqura Nockeby offers support and accommodation for adults over 21 years old living with mental health issues, substance use problems, co-occurring disorders, or other social difficulties. The organization is a collective supported housing facility where the focus is on safety, structure, and individually tailored support to strengthen each individual's ability to manage their daily life and increase their independence.

About the Position

We are currently seeking support workers for hourly and as-needed employment to assist the organization during the absence of regular staff. The work follows a rotating schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Driving is required for the position.

Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

As a support worker, you will work closely with clients in their daily lives. The work includes motivational conversations, practical support, social skills training, and assistance in contacts with authorities. You will participate in communal cooking, planning, activities, and transportation. Documentation according to the Social Services Act is included, as well as practical tasks related to the daily operation of the organization. Collaboration with external actors occurs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education and experience in social work. Good knowledge of Swedish and a B driver's license are required. Experience working with mental health issues or substance use problems is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

You are secure, responsible, and have an easy time building good relationships. You are flexible and can work both independently and with colleagues. Since communal cooking is included, we prefer that you have basic cooking skills.
