The Health and Care Administration provides service, support, care, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities, and is responsible for authority operations according to applicable legislation. The administration operates within elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry, health care, family support, and authority operations. All work is carried out with the resident in focus, based on the value foundation of; respect, participation, trust, and safety. Together we make each other better and work to achieve the vision of quality of life throughout life for the Health and Care Administration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Here you support adults living in their homes. Job responsibilities may include personal care, meals, recreational activities, and encouraging independence and participation in community life.
Working hours: day/evening/weekend and sleeping on-call (37 hours/week) as well as awake night shifts. The operations are located in both Sigtuna & Märsta.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in working with our wonderful target group and wants to contribute to their quality of life.
- Is curious, responsible, and flexible, and has the ability to find solutions to problems.
- Enjoys working both independently and in a team, and wants to make a difference for others.
To work with us, you need to:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- Have good computer skills, as we work with various IT systems daily.
In this recruitment, we consider it an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience with the target group, social work, or care and assistance.
- Education or ongoing education within the child and leisure program or as a nursing assistant.
- A driver's license may be desirable for certain units, as we like to take trips by car.
