JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As an administrator, you will work to strengthen our administrative organization around adult education and the municipality's Learning Center.

As a person, you are flexible and enjoy working in a changing organization that offers a wide range of tasks. You are stable and self-sufficient, and you have a habit of working in a structured manner and can prioritize your tasks based on the needs of the organization. You find it easy to collaborate with others and to connect with people, companies, authorities, and other stakeholders.

You enjoy a fast-paced environment and new challenges, and you have a sense of order and structure. You are meticulous, unpretentious, and solution-oriented.

You should have experience with similar tasks. You have excellent IT skills, are communicative, and can express yourself clearly and accurately in both speech and writing.

We require you to have completed secondary education and preferably post-secondary education, ideally in the field of behavioral science, human resources/economics, or other relevant education.

We would like you to have previous experience as an administrator, and experience working with systems such as Personec and school administrative systems is advantageous.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

WORKPLACE

Älvstrandens Bildningscentrum

The adult education currently has around 280 students. We offer high school subjects, vocational training, and SFI, all located at Forsskolan.

Hagfors Learning Center is located at Älvstrandens Bildningscentrum. Students pursuing higher studies can come to study individually or together, participate in lectures, seminars, group work, or similar digitally. Students can apply to take their exams at Hagfors Learning Center.

This position is within adult education and is located at Älvstrandens Bildningscentrum and Forsskolan.

The position comprises a total of 50%. Temporary employment until 261231. The position may be extended.

OTHER

According to the Education Act (2010:800), a criminal record extract from the National Police Board is required to work in preschool activities, schools, or childcare. The form is available on the National Police Board's website.
