We are currently seeking an administrative coordinator for a project in the communications department of the municipality. Do you have several years of experience as an administrator, perhaps even in marketing and communication? Perfect! The assignment is expected to start on February 20! We welcome your application!
The Role and ResponsibilitiesThe communications department works with the internal and external communication of the traffic office. We have an important task in developing and ensuring that communication to residents and other stakeholders is accessible and clear. The department consists of 18 employees. We are now looking for a consultant who can work as an administrator.
We are looking for a structured and unpretentious administrative coordinator who can relieve the coordinator with the following tasks:
Manage invoices and orders in the purchasing system Agresso
Set up documents and cases in Public360
Book conferences and travel
Order refreshments for meetings and gatherings
Administer meeting invitations for departmental meetings and similar
Other administrative tasks
We are looking for someone who has:
3–5 years of experience as an administrator
Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English – both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you also have:
Experience from the City of Stockholm
Experience working with communication

You are self-driven, take responsibility for your tasks, and push your processes forward. You have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Furthermore, we see that you are flexible and solution-oriented and enjoy varied work. The job involves having many internal and external contacts, which requires you to be communicative, attentive, and work well with others. You are proactive and relationship-building with a good ability to adapt your communication to the recipient and situation.
You are offeredA consulting assignment with our client in central Stockholm. The assignment is expected to start on February 20 and run until September 14, 2026.
