HR Partner for Sollentuna Municipality's Largest Provider of Elderly Care and LSS

We are Sollentuna Municipality's largest provider of elderly care and LSS, and we are now looking for an engaged and driven HR Partner.

About the Position

As an HR Partner with us, you will play a central role in supporting managers with current HR issues. You will join a learning organization where we support and help each other. The role is broad and operational, focusing on contributing to an attractive workplace where our values of joy, engagement, and respect permeate everyday life.

Together with the HR Manager, you will support the managers in the organization with issues related to recruitment, competence development, competence supply, labor law, rehabilitation, and union negotiations.

About You

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• University or college education in Human Resources or a related field
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good system skills and ease in understanding new systems

It is an advantage if you have experience working operationally with managerial support in the HR field and if you have experience from care and support operations or other personnel-intensive businesses.

The position is a specific fixed-term employment for full-time for six months. Start in February. Your workplace will be in Turebergshuset, located by Sollentuna center. However, you will occasionally visit our various operations located around Sollentuna Municipality.

In this recruitment, we will use recruitment tests as a complement to interviews in the final stages of the process. For managerial positions, we also conduct a background check on the final candidate before an employment contract is signed.
