About the role As a Junior Recruiter at Tryggsam, you will work with the entire recruitment process – from advertising and selection to interviews and hiring. The role is varied, fast-paced, and offers great opportunities to grow in responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements

• Search for and contact candidates

• Schedule and conduct interviews

• Be responsible for reference checks and the offer process

• Ensure a professional candidate experience

Who are you? You are at the beginning of your recruitment career, preferably with a background in sales or service industries. You are social, structured, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
