At Avanzera, we are looking for an Associate to the CEOs on behalf of a growing and entrepreneurial investment and real estate company.

This is a developing role for you who are at the end of your studies or at the beginning of your career and want early exposure to business decisions, management work, and company development.

The role suits you who are curious, structured, and want to work closely with the core of the business – with the opportunity to grow quickly in responsibility over time.

The position is full-time, and you will be employed as a consultant with us at Avanzera but work out at our client.

About the Role

As an Associate to the CEOs, you will work closely with the company's CEOs and act as support in both operational and strategic matters. The role can be described as a junior Chief of Staff, focusing on business, structure, and project management rather than traditional administrative work.

You will be an important part of ensuring that the daily operations close to the CEOs, management, and decision points run smoothly while being involved in business-related projects and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEOs in planning, structuring, and prioritizing daily work
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on management team meetings and work
• Ensure that decisions are documented, communicated, and followed up
• Contribute to clearer working methods, structure, and processes in the organization
• Act as a contact point in internal dialogues and collaboration areas
• Participate in business-related projects, analyses, and ad hoc tasks
• Be a support in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where needs may change

Your Background:

We believe that you:

• Are studying or have recently completed an academic education in areas such as economics, business, management, real estate, or similar
• Are at the beginning of your career and looking for a role with broad responsibility and rapid development
• Have experience from work alongside your studies, student consulting assignments, case projects, or similar
• Enjoy a mix of analytical and operational tasks
• Are structured, responsible, and good at handling multiple parallel tasks
• Are communicative, attentive, and comfortable collaborating with different types of people
• Have high integrity, are unpretentious, and enjoy “pitching in” where needed
• Have a genuine interest in business development and company building
